The International Maritime Committee/Comité Maritime International (CMI) will hold its 42 Conference from 3rd to 6th May. The Conference of this year is organized by the Maritime Law Association of the United States and will take place in New York. Our Partner Eduardo Albors, as Titulary Member of the CMI, will join the event together with our Partner Javier Portales, both on behalf of the Spanish Maritime Law Association (AEDM).

The Conference will be attended by experienced maritime lawyers and outstanding representatives from the shipping industry worldwide. The participants will work on matters such as salvage, liability for wrongful arrest, liabilities arising from offshore activities and the suggested amendments of the York-Antwerp Rules on general average, among other matters of great interest related to maritime law.
