On 22 March the 6^th Annual Opportunities in Superyachts Conference will take place in Malta. Our partner Miguel Angel Serra will discuss the application of VAT in different jurisdictions (Spain, France, Italy, Greece and Montenegro) and will take part in the round table regarding “The Implications of Brexit in the Customs Union of the EU”.

The conference is a key event in the Superyacht industry in which an array of topics will be discussed, including chartering, yacht S&P, shipbuilding, design  etc, and which will be attended by leading experts in the industry, including brokers, lawyers, shipyards or port operators.
