The IX International Symposium of the Spanish Association of Adjusters was held in Madrid on 28th April under the heading “International contracting and the global economic crisis. Sales and after-sales in transport insurance”.
During the session, sponsored by our Firm, several panel discussions took place, among other subjects, the legal developments affecting the transport insurance and reinsurance contracting in the international market.
Our Partner Javier Galiano participated in the roundtable Contracting versus casualties, and tackled hot topics such as fraud in insurance claims.
