The emergence of new forms of consumption increasingly widespread in our economy requires to discuss the current “legal and tax framework” in which they develop. The panel discussion, which will take place on 9th March, will shed light on this topic in the event of the IV Nautical Conference, hosted by ANEN, which will be attended by our Partner Javier Portales an which will be moderated by our Senior Associate Carlos Sanlorenzo.
The event will be held in Barcelona on 9th and 10th March and will bring together representatives of the main organizations and institutions related to the Spanish nautical industry, as well as businesspeople and professionals from the recreational sailing industry.
It is foreseen the intervention of members of the Public Administration whose contribution has been determinant in the development of a specific legal framework for the Spanish recreational sailing industry, amongst them Mr. Julio Fuentes, General Technical Secretary for the Ministry of Justice, and representatives from the Directorate General for the Merchant Marine.
The participation of our Firm in the IV Nautical Conference is in line with the decision to emphasize our presence in the recreational sailing industry and to reinforce our Yachting practice area, as announced earlier this year.
