The 2nd edition of the Legal Management Forum, which was attended on behalf of the Firm by Eduardo Albors and Maider Arrieta, took place in Madrid the past 20th October 2015, with remarkable success in attendance, quality and issues addressed. How to draw new clients in the digital era, the technology at the service of law firms, new business models, fees setting, management of the office projects, the success of growing in a changing environment, the “glass ceiling barriers ” of women in the legal environment or innovation have been the main addressed subjects.

Organized by Wolters Kluwer and Inkietos and under the honorary presidency of H.M. King Felipe VI, the Legal Management Forum was created to serve as a space for reflection and knowledge of the main challenges and opportunities related to management in the advocacy field and to provide ideas and tools to allow professionals to anticipate to changes and obtain competitive advantages.

The presence and closing remarks of the Minister of Justice, Rafael Catalá, who is fully aware and committed to the technological modernisation of Justice, were particularly interesting.
