The Council of Ministers has approved, today 24^th February, a Royal Decree that modifies the regime of workers dedicated to the service of manipulation of  goods that arrive to the ports, all in accordance with the Judgment of the European Union´s Courtof Justice on 11^th December 2014, C-576/13 (infraction procedure 2009/4052).

The principal aim is to eliminate the business’ establishment restrictions in this sector, within a three-year period. In the following link the Royal Decree can be consulted, published in the 25th February BOE (The Spanish State Official Journal), that is pending approval.
