On 6th May 2016 the Plenary Session of the CMI has approved the 2016 version of the York-Antwerp Rules and the CMI General Average Guidelines, after three years of work of the International Experts Group.
Our Partner Eduardo Albors attended the Plenary Session and the annual Assembly as part of the Spanish delegation, which has expressed his support to the approval of both documents.
