Eduardo Albors and Javier Portales have attended today the delivery of the oceanographic polar capacity vessel BAP Carrasco to the Peruvian War navy. The Firm was instructed by the shipyard from Vigo (Spain), Construcciones Navales Paulino Freire, during the vessel`s construction period.
