Yesterday, November 5th, the presentation of this newly edited book by the Spanish Maritime Law Association took place in Robinson Bookstore in Madrid.
Eduardo Albors, as Vice President of the Association and author of some of the chapters, and Manuel Alba, General Secretary of the Association, presented the book and made a special dedication to Mr. José Luis Goñi, one of the great leaders of Spanish Maritime Law who recently passed away.
The book counts with the contribution of several members of the Association, present in the act – to which Javier Portales also attended as author of one of the chapters- which conducted a symposium regarding different aspects of the Act, after its coming into force, and its first results.
