Our partner Eduardo Albors, President of the Spanish Maritime Law Association, was invited by the University Menendez Pelayo of Santander to give a lecture on the Royal Decree 131/19 on ship agency that has recently entered into force in Spain.

His lecture took place within the IV Seminar of Shipping and Port Law, which took place at the beautiful Palace of la Magdalena. Various and very interesting topics were discussed under the direction of the Chief Legal Counsel of the Spanish Ports, Mr José Antonio Morillo-Velarde del Peso.

The Seminar was organised by the International Association of Ports Law under the presidency of Fernando Barcena.
