Our Firm is getting ready for the upcoming events of this Autumn, among which, it is remarkable the IX European Colloquium of Maritime Law Research. The said Colloquium, which will take place at the Bizkaia Aretoa on 14th and 15th of September, is organized by the University of the Basque Country under the auspices of the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law in Oslo and the Institute of Maritime Law in Southampton.
Our Partners Eduardo Albors and Javier Portales will attend the said Colloquium.
During the different panel discussions, which will be imparted by international experts on Maritime Law, several issues will be dealt with, such as jurisdiction and legislation applicable to maritime liens, insolvency and arrest of ships, mortgages and maritime labour law.
