The Spanish Maritime Law Association (AEDM in Spanish) celebrated its National Congress last 15th and 16th June with a successful assistance and interesting topics. It is worth to notice that, between other personalities, Áurea Roldán, Sub-secretary of the Justice Ministry, attended the act.
Eduardo Albors, as the President of the AEDM closed the event that was sponsored by our Law Firm and it involved Javier Portales in the round table dedicated to “Transborders insolvency in the maritime sector”; Jaime Albors, in the round table on “Brexit and its possible impact in the maritime sector”; and Carlos Sanlorenzo, in the round table on “Maritime privilege and abandoned recreational boats within the Maritime Navigation Law frame”.
