On Thursday 22^nd November the Spanish Official State Gazette (No. 282) published the Ballast Water Management Convention adopted the 13^th February 2004. This Convention was ratified by Spain by means of Instrument of Ratification dated 20 July 2005 and will enter into force on 8^th September 2017.
