Last Friday 28th of September, a tribute to Doctor Ignacio Merlo, President of the Mexican Maritime Law Association, was held in the city of Mexico, with the presence of the Presidents and distinguished members of the Latin-American Shipping Law Associations and the attendance the President of the Comite Maritime International, Christopher O. Davis.
At the tribute to Doctor Melo, the book entitled “Shipping Law at the dawn of the third decade of the XXI century” was released
Eduardo Albors attended as President of the Spanish Shipping Law Association and as the author of one of the articles entitled “Insurance claims and the right of subrogation under the Spanish Shipping Act”.
