Last 13^th January, the BOE published the Resolution A.1085(28), adopted in London the 4^th December 2013, related with the Proposed Amendment to the Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at the sea 1972. The Proposals entered into force, generally and in Spain, on 1^st January 2016, in accordance with the 4^th paragraph of the VI Convention 1972.
