The Spanish Maritime Law Association (AEDM in Spanish) held a conference to analyse the possible measures to make The Special Vessels Registry of Canary Islands (REC in Spanish) more attractive. Eduardo Albors, as the President of AEDM, opened the meeting in which our Associate, José Manuel González Pellicer, spoke comparing the second Spanish Registry with other those of other competitors.
