On 3rd May the sessions of the 42nd CMI Conference in New York commenced, with the discussions of the subcommittee in charge of debating the modifications of the York-Antwerp Rules regarding General Average.
Our Partners Eduardo Albors and Javier Portales have attended those sessions, whose objective is to propose a renewed version of the aforesaid rules for its subsequent approval (2016 York-Antwerp Rules).
The sessions were led by Mr. Bent Nielsen, Mr. Taco Van Der Valk and Mr. Richard Cornah.
