Eduardo Albors and Javier Portales have attended, for the third consecutive year, the V Nautical Congress, organized by ANEN (Nautical Business National Association in Spanish) during the 9^th and 10^th March in Palma. The legal round table was presented by the Managing Director of the Merchant Marine, Rafael Rodríguez Valero.

The principal aim of the round table was providing legal solutions to the abandonment recreational boats. Between the measures to be taken, Eduardo Albors pointed out the development of the new certification of Maritime law among notarial competences, that allows one go directly to the public notary to solve the problem in an extra-judiciary way.
